Perfect condiment to have handy in your pantry — adds a punch of flavour to a variety of dishes. Onions, sugar and sultanas combined with a blend of herbs and spices favouring a subtle hint of cumin. Excellent with burgers, sausages and steak, especially with blue cheese. Also great with cold meats and cheeses on a ploughman's platter or a sandwich.
